Tu’ivakano’s trial has again adjourned at the Magistrate Court

Lord Tu’ivakano’s trial for passport offences has again adjourned at the Magistrate Court to August 9th which is next Thursday.
Magistrate Court has confirmed that the accused and his legal counsel Clive Edwards Sr. and the Crown Prosecutor are expected to make submission when they will reappear in Court next week.
The court has received a submission from the accused’s legal counsel earlier that there is “no case to answer” in this trial.
The former PM has been charged with passport offences including allegedly making a false statement to obtain a passport, money laundering among other charges.
