Public Holiday declared to mark Tonga Invitational XIII’s historic victories

Friday the 15th of November declared a public Holiday to mark Tonga Invitational XIII’s unique triumph in rugby league history on Saturday.
The CEO of the Ministry of Internal affairs this morning confirmed that Friday the 15th of this month – has been declared a public holiday – to mark the unique triumph from the Tonga Invitational 13 on Saturday when they rewrite rugby league’s history by defeating the champion in rugby league – Australia on Saturday.
Speaking to Media Dr. Fotu Fisi’iahi said, they are bringing the boys to Tonga and government will pay for all expenses during their stay.
Fisi’iahi said, they have moved the date for next week to give time for the boys to travel to Tonga.
While in Nuku’alofa the boys will be meeting HM, to be followed by float parade from the people.
