GPS Fasi moe Afi resumes school today

The students and teachers of GPS Fasi moe Afi have returned to their normal program today after they finished school early yesterday as four students were believed to have contact with the suspected case at Vaiola hospital.
Director of Education Dr. Tangikina Steen says, they were informed yesterday by teachers and concerned parents that about four students at the school already have had a direct contact with the suspected case and therefore, they are concern about the safety of their children at the school.
An urgent meeting was then called and was attended by health officials, teachers and parents.
Health officials also tested the four students and Dr. Steen confirmed they were clear of any symptoms of the virus.
She also assured teachers and parents this morning that the school is safe and can now return back to their normal operations.
Meanwhile, the suspected case at Vaiola is believed to be from Fasi moe Afi HOWEVER this has not been confirmed by health officials.
