The MEIDECC Minister Hon. Poasi Tei says that some have been fined in court for a one thousand pa’anga fine in Court for breaching restrictions during the lockdown.

Government reports, Tei made the comment during the NEMC meeting yesterday informing all related stakeholders about the latest update on Government’s operations on COVID-19 and TC Harold.

He adds, there’s hope people would then follow the restrictions in place as there will be consequences.
