The trial of a 33-year-old man – Lemoto Manu in relation to the death of a local businessman in a road accident has been adjourned until the 29th.
Manu was the driver of a vehicle involved in a road accident on the evening of Saturday December 28th 2019 which had resulted in the death of a local businessman – Tausinga Taumoefolau.
Lord Chief Justice Whitten adjourned the trial to the 29th of this month awaiting medical evidence from Dr. Mapa Puloka that is expected to prove Manu had been suffering mental health problems at the time of the incident.
