TFHA conduct training to improve service

Tonga Family Health Association this morning conducted a 4-day training aiming at delivering quality services for the public especially on the hospital’s outpatients.
Executive Director of TFHA – ‘Amelia Hoponoa says the concern is, because their quality of work and care for the patients is very poor and that their handling of services should be changed to meet the demands of the patients.
Meanwhile the Guest of Honour at the program – Losaline Ma’asi highlighted the importance for the health workers to carry out their jobs more professionally and to prioritize their patients in time of need.
She also urged the health workers to strive to carry out their services better and to reach out in a kind and generous manner to their patients.
More than 20 health workers attended this morning’s program including representatives from the Ministry of Health, Women’s Children and Crisis Center, and others.
