Christchurch passengers second coronavirus results yet to be announced

The results of the 2nd coronavirus test for the 141 passengers currently quarantined at Tano’a hotel and Taliai camp are yet to be announced.
The COVID-19 tests were carried out last week when they arrived at the quarantine facilities after their first tests in Christchurch, New Zealand were all negative before they departed for Tonga on Friday.
Most of the passengers includes seasonal workers also some of stranded citizens that were at Christchurch.
102 of the passengers are currently quarantined at Tano’a while 39 at the Taliai camp.
Of these, 117 are male with 24 female passengers.
Meanwhile, medical supplies from the World Health Organization (WHO) and the United Nations (UN) arrived in the Kingdom last week from Fiji worth millions of dollars. Part of this medical supplies from Brisbane, Australia aim to better prepare Tonga for COVID-19.
