Special Week of Prayer aimed to empower students

Families and Church members should fully support 100% the studies of their children all the time especially in preparation for this academic year.
FWC of Fasi moe Afi is currently hosting a special week of prayer to encourage students with their studies for this year starting yesterday.
Rev. Tevita Tapueluelu said, the initiative is to tackle the challenges youth members are currently facing such as drugs, alcohol, the miss-use of Internet and to name a few.
Yesterday’s prayer service focused on the changes in the Environment, Social living and Economic changes.
Rev. Tapueluelu said, students are confronting various obstacles while at school which hinders their studies and there’s hope their prayers and support will build them and make them stronger.
Viliami Moli 13 of Tonga High School and Mary rose Mafi of Queen Salote College said, this is a great start for this new academic year.
Also speaking to Radio Tonga was Limiteti Kupu 95, the oldest member of the church said; if the Sunday school programs are effective there will be no quarrels between schools.
More than 200 students are members of the Sunday School of the FWC of Fasi moe Afi ‘a Tungi.
