Royal Grandchildren led the Namoa ‘o e Taki lelei’s inspection at Pelehake

HRH Prince Taufa’ahau Manumataongo and HRH Princess Halaevalu Mata’aho led the Royal Inspection of the Namoa ‘o e Taki Lelei Program on Saturday in Pelehake.
The purpose of the visit was to introduce the Royal grandchildren to the nobility and the people of Pelehake and to encourage them to work together.
A spokesperson for the Development Forum said, if all parties work effectively they can build a better and stronger Tonga in the future.
Part of the inspection was visiting the historical sites of Pelehake namely the – the residence of Sia’atoutaii, Captain Cook’s monument, the Teputepu’i Maka Cave and the Royal Tomb of ‘A Tuli ki Langi.
The Royal inspection started with a traditional presentation or Ha’unga.
Gracing the event was Lord Vaha’i and members of the Namoa ‘o e Taki lelei.
